Our summer housing facilities in New York City offer the convenience and comfort necessary for an easy transition into living in the big city. Participants will never feel alone in the big city, as they will reside among hundreds of other participants who together will take advantage of all that our program and city have to offer. Please read the sections below for more information on the summer internship housing for each New York City Program.

New York Summer Internship Program: Union Square (May 22, 2011 - July 16, 2011) will be housed at New York University's Palladium Residence, which is one of the most sought-after facilities by NYU students and summer residents. Located near Union Square, Palladium is in a prime location with subway entries, grocery stores, popular eateries, and student hangout spots just down the block. Rooms are apartment-style quads with two bedrooms (doubles in each room), a common area, bathroom and kitchen. Each room offers free internet access. One of the most favored Palladium amenities is its state-of-the-art fitness and athletic facilities to which all program participants will have free access.

New York Summer Internship Program: Gramercy Park (June 5, 2011 - July 30, 2011) We are very excited to offer this housing facility to University of Dreams participants as we believe it is one of our most attractive global properties.  The Gramercy Green is located minutes away from the subway and is also close to major historical landmarks, including the Empire State Building, the Flat Iron Building, the MetLife Clock Tower and New York Life Building.  All the local conveniences for resident city living are within minutes of the residence, including nearby parks, grocery stores, farmer’s markets, and coffee shops.  The housing facility itself is immaculate and provides luxury – apartment style living for college students.  Apartments are spacious and equipped with new bed, desk, and dresser furniture, an exquisite bathroom, and a common kitchen area.  The kitchen has brand new  stainless steel appliances, including a full fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and stove.  Each apartment offers free internet access and cable.  Within the building there are several meeting spaces for small groups to relax and build community.  Residents of this building will have free access to Palladium’s Dining Hall, as well as its athletic facilities.

In addition - we are proud to offer you, as members of the Career Explorations family, discounted rates to some of the top local hotels in order to accommodate visiting friends and family. A little gift from us!
